What you'll do

The Rodman Reservoir is located near Gainesville, Florida and has some of the best bass fishing in the state of Florida. It is also recognized as one of the top lakes in the country. The reservoir is a factory for trophy largemouth bass that thrive in extensive aquatic vegetation.

View its creatures in their natural habitat while experiencing the thrill of fishing trip. Birds and Alligators flourish in the abundance of vegetation making it a bird watcher's heaven and a photographer's paradise, but for anglers its truly both!

Your tour is guided by a professionally licensed captain that operates in a 21-foot boat. All the equipment is included such as rods and reels (both left and right handed) and artificial lures that you can use and lose at your pleasure. We also are ready and equipped for any emergency at hand.

The tour includes fishing instructions and casting lessons for beginners and advanced techniques for the experts. This fishing adventure lasts for 6-hours with options to start at 7am or 1pm, but is flexible to your schedule depending on availability; Also, never worry about rough seas or seasickness at this location and restrooms during trip are always available.

While you are out on the water, all the boats have coolers on board with ice and bottled water to keep you hydrated while reeling in fish. There's plenty of space to bring snacks, lunch and your favorite beverage. Alcohol beverages in cans are preferred but all alcohol is permitted.

This fishing trip is guaranteed by our industry award winning, "NO FISH, NO PAY" tour policy.

Only groups of 1 people and up can book certain sessions

Freshwater Trips: A fishing License is required (15 & under FREE) 16 and over, a fishing license is required. A license should be purchased in advance from the state agency in Florida.

Saltwater Trips (Only): A fishing License is included in the cost of your trip; no additional license is needed.
